A K Muller have always recognized the value of customer feedback. When a customer has an issue our considerable engineering resources are used to achieve a satisfactory conclusion.

| It was noticed that when replacing the rubber membrane in the 12mm valves, locating the edge of the membrane on the plastic body was tricky to do without 'snagging' the rubber parts. To make this easier to locate, the shape of the top was radically altered. | |

| Life Tests |
The tooling change was comparitively easy to make and the early samples proved the snagging problem to be much improved. However, we then had to embark on a long and laborious set of life tests to ensure the change did not impinge on any other aspect of the valve's performance. Only when we were satisifed did we release the change on valves and spare parts. |
