| How To Identify A Valve | ||||

Most of our valves have a silver label on the coil which lists important specification details such as the voltage and the pressure range the valve is suitable for.
In the bottom left hand corner of the label should be a five digit number which is the valves part number and tells us everything about its specification.
In some instances there may be an additional label on the coil or coil bracket which may contain additional information about any modification made to the valve. When using this page or ordering a replacement, check to see if such a label is present. |

| FAQ: Why are part numbers on the coils not prefixed with a letter? | ||||
Most valves have a label with a five digit number in the bottom left hand corner. At A K Muller (UK) we add a letter (normally an 'M') to the part number to signify it is sold in the UK. This letter only appears on paperwork and in catalogues, rather than on the valve itself. |
