6.003.234 Soda Water Dispense Valve New Soda Water Dispense Valve

The 6.003 series of acrylic bodied dispense valves has now been expanded by new moulded single and two way versions.

This valve series is suitable for use with soda water, aerated water and low viscosity fruit juices and is aimed at the ever diversifying market of cold water drinks dispensers.

Each of the valve chambers is specified with an accurate flow adjuster and John Guest cartridge as the inlet connection.

Being direct acting, this valve is suitable for use in applications were pressures are very low, but it can also handle up to 7 bar if required.

New Boiler Valve For The Vending Industry

Our engineers have taken the now industry standard 46.000 series boiler valve and dramatically redesigned the internal parts to combat the build up of lime scale.

Firstly, the valves inlet has been increased in diameter and internally slopes towards the valve chamber. This is to eliminate the possibility of air being trapped in the inlet which can be a cause of scale build up. The membrane has also been similarly angled and also now features a rubber 'tail' which is vibrated during the valves closing, shaking off any drips that could otherwise lead to scale forming between the valve seat and the flow adjuster. This 'tail' is angled specifically to optimize performance.

The third change is to raise the special PTFE valve seat and modify its profile to prevent larger scale particles becoming trapped in this critical area.

Keep an eye on the boiler valve product pages for specifications due to be announced soon.

New Bi-Stable valve
New 0.8mm Pilot Valve

This new bi-stable valve can be used as a pilot for a larger servo-controlled main valve or on its own for low volume dispense applications.

A smaller 0.5mm version is already available.
