NEW: Multi-position lever arm for float valves

The new multi position lever for float valves from A. u. K. Müller is adaptable - without tools and extra costs.

Due to their mechanical function, float valves are a cost-efficient, safe and independently operating solution for level regulation in your tank.  But what if the tank geometry is so complicated that the lever on which the float is mounted would have to be adapted? Where you previously had to use external sensors, A. u. K. Müller now offers the solution of a universally adjustable float lever.

The essentials in brief

  • New adjustable float and multi-position lever for float valves of series 21.0xx.115/126 and 21.0xx.115/126 in nominal sizes DN 10, 13, 17, 21
  • Adaptable without tools due to predefined detents and predetermined breaking points
  • No additional tool costs with individual design
  • Even more ball positionsIndividual positioning of the buoyancy body - suitable for different tank geometries
  • Variants for cold and hot water applications (30, 60, 90 °C)
  • High functional reliability due to mechanical operation

The float lever that adapts to individual conditions

The new float lever can be fitted to all A. u. K. Müller straight and angle valves of the float valve series 21.0xx.115/126 with nominal width DN 10, DN 13, DN 17 and DN 21. It is your first choice if you are looking for a float valve for various applications or if you want to adapt the float lever to a specific geometry without having to incur additional tooling costs.

Adjustment made easy

Thanks to the adjustment options on the lever and float ball by means of fastening nuts, the arm can be individually adapted to the conditions in the tank. Adjustment of the float lever and float ball can be done quickly and easily without tools. In order to also be able to use the float in small tanks, the float lever has predetermined breaking points so that it can be easily shortened.

Suitable for cold and hot water applications

The float ball is fixed in a cage and can be easily replaced depending on the application. It is optionally made of polypropylene, homopolymer (PPH) or stainless steel. Depending on requirements, a wide temperature range from 30 °C to 60 °C and up to 90 °C can be covered.

More float positions than ever before

With the new multi-position float lever, more positions for the float ball can be set than with the brass levers already available, which would have to be bent to suit the application

No expensive tooling costs

Due to the multi-position design of the float lever, high mould costs for geometry adaptations are a matter of the past. This makes the float valves of the 21.0xx.115/126 series from DN 13 - DN 21 a cost-effective, efficient and above all safe tool for level regulation in the tank.

Highest functional reliability through mechanical operation

Due to its purely mechanical mode of operation, float valve work autonomously and with repeatable accuracy - without the need for electricity or external sensors. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials and a 100% final inspection, A. u. K. Müller guarantees maximum functional reliability.

Since the universal float lever can be adapted without additional tooling costs, it is also suitable for smaller series.
